Setubal: the best gastronomy destination.

The Wine Magazine elected Setubal in 2015 as the best gastronomy destination. Setúbal is descripted as an ” the city of transition between Greater Lisbon and Alentejo, is more than capital of the South Portugal. It preserves one of the most beautiful and busy traditional markets, has a showcase of traditional restaurants that treats the fish wisely, has sea, river and mountain, has cheeses and wines, goes well beyond the popular fried cuttlefish and has the wonderful oysters of the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve. To all this Setúbal adds a special charisma which makes it very well. ”
